Class Description:
This 30-minute full-body vinyasa yoga flow will stretch and engage your whole body through dynamic movements, classical yoga sequences, and a few restorative poses. It will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the rest of your day. You don't need any equipment, just a yoga mat and a comfortable space where you can stretch and breathe.
Meet Claire!
Claire Kagan is an NYC-based 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin styles. She is the founder of Freely Give Yoga and believes that yoga should be inclusive and accessible for all. Claire is also an LMSW with a Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University. Claire is fascinated by the intersection between mental health and yoga, and is passionate about catalyzing community, and physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing through yoga practice.
