2020 Legacy Award Honoree

Claire, L. Tow Chair in Pediatric Oncology Research, Memorial Sloan Kettering, RMH-NY Founding Board Member
I have worked with the Ronald McDonald House New York for over 30 years. The House has made it possible for thousands of children with cancer from far away to come to our center for new therapies, many now widely used for cancer in kids. The House provides a level of “home-ness,” comfort and support that makes me very proud.

We are very grateful to Anthony for coming by to visit the House and spend time with our kids and families. They loved getting the special signed Avengers toys and photos with Falcon! Thanks to Anthony for filming a special message with Sebastian for our first ever Virtual Gala and for helping to remind others about the importance of teamwork.
Guest Appearance by Taylor Kitsch
We are grateful to Taylor Kitsch for his continued support through MDC's Face Off to Fight Cancer charity hockey event which raises money for our children and families. It's a great event which brings our families together with many of our biggest community supporters, celebrities, and NHL hockey players for a day of fun and happy memories. Taylor has always gone above and beyond for our kids; make sure you tune into the virtual Gala for a special appearance with Taylor and Dynamic Dylan!

Sebastian has been a big supporter of Ronald McDonald House New York over the years and we are grateful for his generosity. He has attended many events in support of the kids including Super Hero Day, Face Off to Fight Cancer, and other surprise visits to the House where he has come bearing gifts and spends quality time with our families.

ESPN’s Mike Greenberg is host of the morning show Get Up, host of the ESPN Radio show Greeny, and also host of Bettor Days with Mike Greenberg, a character-driven reenactment show bringing to life the true stories of unforgettable gambling adventures on ESPN+. Greenberg joined ESPN in September 1996 and has been a key voice across the company including ESPNews, ESPN Radio with the long-running Mike & Mike show and on SportsCenter. Greenberg is also a New York Times’ best-selling author.
Guest Appearance by Chuck Scarborough
One of the most iconic names in New York television, Chuck Scarborough has anchored WNBC newscasts for nearly half a century. He is also active in the community and lends his time to support a number of Tri-State non-profits who aid and support animal welfare, the environment, arts and education. .
