Class Description:
Pilates Strength is a 45 minute full body workout that incorporates pilates principles, functional strength exercises, and dynamic movements. Each class is tailored to the beat of the music, is sequenced to work all the major muscles groups, and leaves you feeling empowered & sweaty! Clients will need a mat or space to use and a light pair of weights.
Meet Dianna!
Dianna is a New York based trainer that has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years. She's a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF), a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a Pre and Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, as well as certified in TRX, Pilates, Barre and Lagree. Dianna truly believes that teaching fitness, training clients, and coaching others to lead a healthy lifestyle is a calling of hers. With her combination of functional strength training, pilates principles, and dynamic movement, Dianna coaches clients to train smarter at home with time and space efficient workouts. She will help you move better, help you understand why you're doing what you're doing, and get you stronger and more confident along the way!
